- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (6g protein)
- 1 egg (6g protein)
- 1/2 cup mixed berries
- 1 tbsp almond butter (4g protein)
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, Greek yogurt, and egg until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour batter to form pancakes.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve with mixed berries and a dollop of almond butter.
