Ingredients:
- 1 chicken breast (30g protein)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place chicken breast in a baking dish.
- Drizzle with olive oil and top with lemon slices, garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Serve immediately.
