Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken breast (30g protein)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place chicken breast in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and top with lemon slices, garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
