Ingredients:

  • 6 oz cod fillet (30g protein)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place cod fillet in a baking dish.
  3. Top with cherry tomatoes, black olives, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until fish is fully cooked.
  5. Serve immediately.
