Ingredients:
- 6 oz cod fillet (30g protein)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place cod fillet in a baking dish.
- Top with cherry tomatoes, black olives, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until fish is fully cooked.
- Serve immediately.
