Ingredients:
- 6 oz salmon fillet (34g protein)
- 1 cup asparagus spears
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place salmon and asparagus on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Top with lemon slices.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until salmon is fully cooked.
- Serve immediately.
