Ingredients:

  • 8 oz beef sirloin, sliced thin (44g protein)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp gluten-free soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger

Directions:

  1. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic and ginger for 1 minute.
  2. Add beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add broccoli and soy sauce, stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender. Serve immediately.
