- 6 oz beef sirloin, sliced thin (36g protein)
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup snap peas
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (gluten-free)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Directions:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, cook until fragrant.
- Add beef and cook until browned.
- Add broccoli, bell pepper, and snap peas, stir-fry until tender.
- Add soy sauce and stir to combine.
- Serve immediately.
