Ingredients:

  • 6 oz beef tenderloin (32g protein)
  • 1 cup green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season beef tenderloin with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear beef on all sides until browned.
  5. Add garlic and green beans to the skillet.
  6. Transfer skillet to the oven and roast for 15-20 minutes or until beef  is fully cooked.
  7. Serve immediately.
