Ingredients:
- 6 oz beef tenderloin (32g protein)
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season beef tenderloin with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear beef on all sides until browned.
- Add garlic and green beans to the skillet.
- Transfer skillet to the oven and roast for 15-20 minutes or until beef is fully cooked.
- Serve immediately.
