Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef tenderloin (48g protein)
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Toss Brussels sprouts in olive oil and roast for 20-25 minutes.
- Sear pork tenderloin in a skillet, then finish in the oven for 10-12 minutes. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving.
