Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup chia seeds (8g protein)
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 scoop protein powder of choice (20g protein)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix chia seeds, almond milk, protein powder, and vanilla extract.
- Stir well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Serve chilled.
