Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds (8g protein)
  • 1 cup milk of choice 
  • 1 scoop protein powder of choice (20g protein)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix chia seeds, almond milk, protein powder, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Serve chilled.
