Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded (15g protein)
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- 4 large lettuce leaves
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup diced cucumber
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix chicken, avocado, carrots, cucumber, olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Divide the mixture among the lettuce leaves.
- Wrap the lettuce leaves around the filling and serve immediately.
