Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded (15g protein)
  • 1/2 avocado, diced
  • 4 large lettuce leaves
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup diced cucumber
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix chicken, avocado, carrots, cucumber, olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Divide the mixture among the lettuce leaves.
