Ingredients:
- 2 cooked chicken breasts, chopped (40g protein)
- 1 avocado, diced
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Directions:
- Toss mixed greens with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Top with chopped chicken and avocado. Serve immediately.
