Ingredients:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (20g protein)
- 1/2 cup mixed berries
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts) (6g protein)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (4g protein)
Directions:
- In a bowl, layer Greek yogurt at the bottom.
- Add mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts and chia seeds over the berries.
- Serve immediately.
