Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (20g protein)
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts) (6g protein)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (4g protein)

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, layer Greek yogurt at the bottom.
  2. Add mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
  3. Sprinkle chopped nuts and chia seeds over the berries.
