Ingredients:

  • 6 oz halibut fillet (30g protein)
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season halibut with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill halibut for 4-5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. In a bowl, combine mango, red onion, red bell pepper, cilantro, and lime juice.
