Ingredients:
- 6 oz halibut fillet (30g protein)
- 1 mango, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Season halibut with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Grill halibut for 4-5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- In a bowl, combine mango, red onion, red bell pepper, cilantro, and lime juice.
- Serve halibut topped with mango salsa.
