Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop protein powder of choice (20g protein)
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (4g protein)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (6g protein)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass and serve.
