Ingredients:
- 6 oz cooked shrimp (30g protein)
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cup mixed greens
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, avocado, mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve.
