Ingredients:

  • 6 oz cooked shrimp (30g protein)
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
