Ingredients:

  • 8 oz shrimp (24g protein)
  • 1 cup cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
