Ingredients:

  • 6 oz ground turkey (30g protein)
  • 1 medium sweet potato, diced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sweet potato and cook until tender.
  3. Add ground turkey, bell pepper, onion, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook until turkey is browned and vegetables are tender.
