Ingredients:
- 6 oz ground turkey (30g protein)
- 1 medium sweet potato, diced
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sweet potato and cook until tender.
- Add ground turkey, bell pepper, onion, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until turkey is browned and vegetables are tender.
- Serve immediately.
