Ingredients:

  • 8 oz ground turkey (40g protein)
  • 1 egg (6g protein)
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan (6g protein)
  • 2 zucchinis, spiralized
  • 1 cup marinara sauce

Directions:

  1. Mix ground turkey, egg, and parmesan, and form into meatballs.
