Ingredients:
- 8 oz ground turkey (40g protein)
- 1 egg (6g protein)
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan (6g protein)
- 2 zucchinis, spiralized
- 1 cup marinara sauce
Directions:
- Mix ground turkey, egg, and parmesan, and form into meatballs.
- Cook meatballs in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
- Serve over zucchini noodles with warmed marinara sauce.
