Ingredients:
- 2 turkey sausage links (12g protein)
- 3 large eggs (18g protein)
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, onions, arugula)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add turkey sausage and cook until browned.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
- Whisk eggs and pour into the skillet.
- Cook until eggs are set.
- Serve immediately.
