Ingredients:

  • 2 turkey sausage links (12g protein)
  • 3 large eggs (18g protein)
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, onions, arugula)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add turkey sausage and cook until browned.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
  4. Whisk eggs and pour into the skillet.
